A nail extension set and a pedicure are two of the longest services on any salon menu, and most people book them separately and lose two evenings. At NAB Nail Bar in Las Vegas you can book hands and feet together in one visit. This guide explains how extensions and pedicures fit together, what the combinations start at, and how to pick the right base for your lifestyle. We are at 8891 W Flamingo Rd, Suite 101, open Monday to Saturday, 10 AM to 11 PM, and closed on Sunday.

Which extension type should you pair with a pedicure?
An extension is the length and structure added to your natural nail. The pedicure is the foot care that goes with it. Because each technician sets her own rates, every price below is a starting price and your final total depends on who you book with, the length you choose and how much design goes on top.
- Gel X (soft-gel tip extensions). A short full set starts at $65, and standard length starts at $70. Gel X soaks off, so removal does not file down your natural nail. See our Gel X nails in Las Vegas page.
- Acrylic. A full set starts at $70 and a fill starts at $60. It is the choice for long, sculpted shapes and freestyle work. See acrylic nails in Las Vegas.
- Hard gel. A full set starts at $80 and a fill starts at $65. It is a good option if you want a strong, lightweight enhancement.
- Poly gel. A poly gel manicure or overlay starts at $75.
Not sure which one suits your nails? Our gel nails compared guide breaks down builder gel, hard gel, poly gel, hybrid gel, Gel X and acrylic side by side.
What the nail and toe combinations start at
Booking nails and toes together is cheaper than booking them separately, and it is one appointment instead of two. These are the combination starting prices on our pricing page:
- Gel manicure and gel pedicure (natural nails, no tips): from $100
- Acrylic fill and gel pedicure: from $105
- Hard gel fill and gel pedicure: from $110
- Acrylic full set and gel pedicure: from $120
- Gel X full set and gel pedicure: from $125
- Poly gel nails and gel pedicure: from $140
- Gel X full set and Gel X toes, no pedicure: from $140
- Acrylic full set and acrylic toes, no pedicure: from $140
A gel pedicure on its own starts at $55. Higher pedicure tiers add more detail: Gel Lavish from $65, French tip from $70, Gel Royalty from $75, Gel Specialty from $80, Anti-Aging from $95, and Pain Relief or the organic Dry Feet pedicure from $105. Call (702) 577-1680 and describe what you want if you would like an exact quote.
Matching your hands and feet
Most clients want their toes to coordinate with their hands, whether that is the same color, a matching French tip or a simple nude on the feet with art on the hands. A few things are worth deciding before you sit down:
- Same finish or a quieter version. A chrome, cat-eye or glazed finish on the hands looks good with a plain gel color on the toes. See chrome nails and cat-eye nails.
- Toe extensions or natural toes. If your toenails are short or damaged, ask about Gel X on toes. Euni offers Gel X on toes as well as fingers, so you can match hands and feet in the same visit. Her details are on her technician page.
- How much art. Detailed work takes longer. If you want hand-painted designs, tell the front desk so enough time is set aside. Browse custom nail art for what the team can do.
How a combined visit works
- Book hands and feet together. Choose the combination you want online or by phone, and mention any removal so time is allowed for it. Acrylic removal starts at $20.
- Start with the extensions. Your technician preps, applies and shapes the set and finishes the color or art.
- Move to the pedicure. Your feet get soaked, shaped and finished in the tier you booked.
- Check the finish before you leave. Ask any questions about care, and book your next fill while you are at the desk.
A full extension set plus a pedicure is a long appointment, so plan on extra time. Our late hours help here, because an evening booking fits after work or before a night out.
Keeping the set and pedicure looking good
- Use cuticle oil daily, and wear gloves for cleaning.
- Do not pick or peel an enhancement. Come in if a nail lifts or breaks. A nail repair starts from $5.
- Most clients return for fills every two to three weeks, depending on how fast their nails grow.
- If you wear closed shoes a lot, tell your technician so she can shape the toes comfortably.
