What cat eye nails are
Cat eye (magnetic) gel has fine particles that a magnet pulls into a bright line or velvet band. It’s a gel finish on natural nails or enhancements — not the same process as Gel X tip extensions or acrylic sculpting — so you pick your base and add the cat-eye effect. The light can look narrow and graphic or wide and velvety depending on the magnet angle.
