NAB Nail Bar is hiring nail technicians, lash artists and beauty professionals in Las Vegas. We’re at 8891 W Flamingo Rd, Suite 101 in Spring Valley, open Monday to Saturday, 10 AM to 11 PM.
This is not a commission chair where someone else decides what your work is worth. Every technician at NAB sets their own pricing. You build your book, you set your rates, you keep control of your own business — and you do it from an established salon with the foot traffic, the brand and the supplies already in place.
Who we’re looking for
- Nail technicians — Gel X, acrylic, hard gel, builder and hybrid gel, freestyle and 3D art. See our nail technician jobs page for station details.
- Lash artists — classic through mega volume, lash lifts and tints
- Estheticians — waxing, including facial and body waxing
- Pedicure specialists — including toenail reconstruction, which is a genuine speciality here and in demand
A current Nevada licence is required for every role. Bring your portfolio, whether that’s an Instagram grid or photos on your phone.

- An established location. Spring Valley near Summerlin, off the Strip, with free parking. Clients find us without fighting Las Vegas Boulevard.
- Late hours that actually earn. We’re open until 11 PM six days a week. The evening block is real money here, because most salons in the valley have already closed.

Bring your clients, or build your book
Both work. If you already have a following, you keep it, and you keep what you charge them. If you’re starting out or rebuilding after a move, we’ll send walk-ins your way, feature your sets, and give you a technician page that ranks. Several people on the team arrived with almost no local book and filled their week.
What we care about
Clean prep, honest timing and clients who come back. We’d rather have a technician who takes ninety minutes and does it properly than one who turns four chairs an hour and leaves lifting everywhere. If a client’s natural nails are in bad shape, we want you to say so and fix it, not paint over it.
Reliability matters as much as skill. People book around their work shifts and their kids. Showing up when you said you would is most of this job.

Is this booth rent or commission?
Technicians set their own pricing and run their own books. Call us and we’ll walk you through the specifics for your role and schedule.
Do I need my own clients to start?
No. Plenty of people here built their book with us.
Do I need to supply my own products?
Talk to us about what you use. Some technicians prefer their own systems and some use ours.
Can I set my own schedule?
Within our opening hours, yes. The late evening and weekend slots are the busiest, so availability there helps.
Do you hire apprentices or newly licensed techs?
We look at everyone. Bring your portfolio and be honest about where you are. We’d rather train someone careful than inherit someone fast and sloppy.
Are there front desk or non-technician roles?
Occasionally. Reach out and ask what’s open.
