Your First Nail Appointment at NAB: Booking, Walk-ins, Parking and What to Bring

The short answer: for your first nail appointment at NAB Nail Bar, book online or call (702) 577-1680, pick the technician whose work you like, bring a reference photo, and park for free in the plaza lot right at the door. Walk-ins are welcome whenever a chair is free, but evenings and Saturdays fill fastest, so booking ahead is the safer choice for a first visit.

This guide covers how to book, when walking in works, how to find the door, what to bring and what happens once you sit down. When you are ready, our booking page has the full menu with real-time availability.

Booking your first nail appointment

There are three ways to get a chair at NAB, and each suits a different situation:

  • Book online. This is the fastest route if you know what you want. You pick your service and your technician, then a time, and you can see what is actually free. Our full menu, from Gel X, acrylics, builder and hard gel to pedicures, lash extensions, lash lifts, brows and waxing, is live with real-time availability. Book online now.
  • Call or text (702) 577-1680. Best when you are not sure what to book, want a quote before you come, or are booking for a group. Describe what you want and we will tell you who to see and what it will cost.
  • Walk in. Welcome any time a chair is free. More on that below.

If you need to reschedule or cancel, log into your booking confirmation or contact us as soon as possible so we can help.

Walking in vs booking ahead

We take walk-ins whenever a chair is open. Weekday mornings and early afternoons tend to have the most open chairs, while evenings and Saturdays fill fastest. If you are flexible on who does your nails, walking in usually works. If you have a specific artist or design in mind, booking ahead is worth it.

As a rule of thumb from our own front desk: same-day and walk-in are usually fine for a manicure, a pedicure or a straightforward full set. For freestyle, sculpted or detailed art, or any evening slot, book ahead, because those need chair time set aside. Our walk-in nail salon page explains how walk-ins work in more detail.

Hours: open late six days a week

NAB Nail Bar is open Monday to Saturday, 10 AM to 11 PM, and closed on Sunday. The last appointment is at 10:30 PM. If you are coming after 9 PM, call ahead so we can tell you what is open; detailed nail art and full lash sets are better booked so the time is reserved. See our open late nail salon page for how evening appointments work.

Finding us and parking

Our address is 8891 W Flamingo Rd, Suite 101, Las Vegas, NV 89147, in Spring Valley near Summerlin. We are in the Pageantry Flamingo Center plaza on the south side of W Flamingo Rd. We are not a Strip storefront, which is why parking is free and easy: there is a free lot in front of the plaza, right at the door. No garage, no validation, no fee.

Once you are parked, here is how to find us inside. The building has a single front door labeled Ste 101-104. Enter through the front door and the nail bar is to the right. The lash room is at the end of the hallway, so if you are booked for lashes, keep walking straight down the hall. You can book nails and lashes in the same visit.

The salon is wheelchair accessible, with gender-neutral restrooms and free Wi-Fi. For driving directions from Summerlin, Spring Valley or the Strip, see our contact and directions page.

Choosing a technician before your first visit

Our artists specialise, and the person who does sculpted 3D work is not the same person you book for a clean builder gel overlay. Each technician keeps their own book and has their own page with a gallery of their real work and their own booking link. Browse our nail technicians page and pick the one whose style matches what you have in mind.

On the booking site you choose the technician before you pick a time, so you are never assigned someone at random. If you are not sure who fits, call and describe what you want and we will match you.

What to bring to your first nail appointment

  • A reference photo. A photo is the fastest way to get what you pictured, and your technician can tell you straight away what will and will not work at the length you want.
  • Your budget, if you have one. Say so when you call or when you sit down. We will tell you honestly what is achievable at that number and who has availability.
  • Details about any set you already have on. If you are wearing a set done somewhere else, call and describe what you have on and how old it is. On our price list, “Removal — Acrylic” is from $20 and “Gel Polish Change with Removal” is from $35, so mention it when you book so your artist can plan for it.

What happens once you sit down

Your technician will start with a consultation to understand your style and preferences: the shape, the length, the colour and any design you have in mind. Show your reference photo here.

Every technician at NAB sets their own pricing, so prices on our price list are starting prices. Your final cost depends on the artist, the length and shape you choose, and the design, and your artist will confirm the price with you before starting. If you want to understand how that works before you come in, read why nail prices vary, or see every starting price on our nail and lash price list.

On hygiene: tools are sterilised in a hospital-grade autoclave, not just wiped down, and every station is cleaned between clients.

Coming with friends or a group

Bringing a group? Call ahead rather than booking online, so we can put enough technicians on at the same time instead of running you one at a time. See our bachelorette and group booking page for more.

Is there parking at NAB Nail Bar?

Yes. There is a free lot in front of the plaza, right outside Suite 101. No garage, no validation, no fee.

What should I bring to my first nail appointment?

Bring a reference photo of the look you want, your budget if you have one, and tell us if you have an old set that needs removing so your artist can plan for it.

Will I know the price before my service starts?
