Every lash artist at NAB sets their own pricing, so the figures below are starting prices. What you actually pay depends on who you book with, the fullness you choose, and how long the set takes to apply.

Refills, which is what most clients book once they are in a rhythm, start at $90 classic, $120 hybrid, $140 volume and $170 mega volume. A refill runs roughly two-thirds the price of a new full set — which is the practical reason to keep to a two-to-three week schedule rather than letting a set grow out and paying for a fresh one.

Lash removal is from $30. Please book it rather than pulling a set off at home.

If you are weighing extensions against something lower-maintenance, a lash lift starts at $75 and a lash lift with tint at $95. It curls and darkens the lashes you already have instead of adding new ones — no fills, no daily upkeep.

Choosing Your Lash Style

Most people arrive knowing they want lashes and not much else. That is completely normal, and it is what the consultation at the start of your appointment is for. Your lash artist will look at your natural lash length, thickness, and eye shape before recommending anything, because the same set looks different on different eyes.

• Classic — one extension on one natural lash. Adds length and definition without changing how full your lashes look. The most natural option, and the one we usually suggest for a first set.
• Hybrid — a mix of classic lashes and volume fans. Fuller than classic, softer than volume. The middle ground most clients settle into.
• Volume — lightweight handmade fans of several fine extensions on each natural lash. Noticeably fuller and darker along the lash line.
• Mega volume — denser fans using even finer extensions. This is the full, dramatic look, and it needs healthy natural lashes to carry it.
• Glam — built for an event. Photographs beautifully and reads bold in person.
• Bottom lashes — added to your lower lash line, usually alongside a full set, for balance in photos.

If it is your first set, the honest advice is to start softer than you think you want. It is easy to add fullness at your next fill. It is much less pleasant to sit through a set you do not like for two weeks.

Lash Fills: Keeping a Set Looking New

Your natural lashes shed on their own cycle, and each one takes its extension with it when it goes. That is not a failure of the set — it is how eyelashes work, and it is why fills exist rather than being an upsell.

Most clients come back every two to three weeks. At that point roughly a third to half of the set has grown out or shed, and a fill replaces what is missing while cleaning up anything that has twisted or grown out of line. We fill classic, hybrid, volume and mega volume sets.

If you leave it much past three weeks, a fill stops being the right service. There is not enough of the original set left to build on, and you will be quoted a new full set instead. Booking your next fill before you leave is the simplest way to avoid that.

What Your First Appointment Is Like

A full set takes about 90 to 120 minutes. You will be lying down with your eyes closed for essentially all of it — a fair number of our clients fall asleep, and we take that as a compliment.

To get the best result, come with clean lashes: no mascara, no eyeliner, and no oil-based makeup or moisturizer around the eyes. Any residue on the lash sits between the extension and the adhesive, and that is the single most common reason a set does not last as long as it should. If you arrive with makeup on, we will clean your lashes first, which eats into your appointment time.

Contact lenses come out. Bring a case, or wear glasses.

Why Las Vegas Is Harder on Lashes Than Most Places

Lash adhesive cures using moisture in the air, and it holds best in stable conditions. Las Vegas offers neither. The desert air is extremely dry, indoor air conditioning runs most of the year, and summer heat means sweat — which loosens adhesive faster than almost anything else short of oil.

Pools are the other factor. Chlorine is hard on extensions, and if you are in the water regularly you should expect a shorter stretch between fills than the standard two to three weeks. That is not a reason to skip lashes before a pool weekend; it is a reason to book your fill for after it rather than before.

What actually helps here: rinse and dry your lashes after swimming or a hard workout instead of leaving chlorine and salt sitting on them, keep oil-based sunscreen away from your eye area, and do not aim the car vents straight at your face on a 110-degree afternoon.

Aftercare That Actually Makes a Difference

• Clean them daily. A lash cleanser and a soft brush, every day. Clean lashes hold extensions longer than dirty ones — oil, makeup and skin cells break the bond down.
• Brush them out. A quick pass with a spoolie in the morning keeps fans from tangling and the line looking even.
• Be gentle. No rubbing your eyes, no picking, no pulling. Most damage people blame on extensions is actually caused by this.
• Skip oil-based products near your eyes — cleansers, makeup removers, heavy creams. Check the label.
• Sleep on your back if you can, or switch to a silk pillowcase. Side-sleeping crushes one side of a set flat.
• Keep your fills. The single biggest predictor of how good your lashes look in three months is whether you came back at week three.

Do Lash Extensions Damage Your Natural Lashes?

Applied and removed properly, no. A correctly applied extension is isolated onto a single natural lash and weight-matched to it, so the natural lash carries a load it can handle and sheds normally when its cycle ends.

Damage comes from three things, and none of them are the product itself: extensions that are too long or too heavy for the natural lash, several natural lashes glued together so they cannot shed independently, and clients pulling extensions off at home. That last one is the most common by a wide margin.

If you want a set off, come in and have it dissolved professionally. It takes a fraction of the time and costs a fraction of what it costs to grow back lashes you pulled out.
