What Is Included in a NAB Salon Suite Rental

NAB Nail Bar is a salon suite, not a commission floor. You run your own book, set your own prices and keep what you charge. The rent covers:

• Your station, chair and lockable storage — a furnished spot you can work from on day one.
• Front desk and booking support — reception, phones and bookings run through the salon system, so you are not answering texts between clients.
• Utilities, wifi, towels and laundry — covered by the rent, not billed on top.
• Walk-in clients from the salon — we are on W Flamingo Rd with steady foot traffic and a Google profile carrying over 900 reviews. New clients get routed to renters with availability.

Rental Terms and Rates

We rent daily, weekly, monthly and yearly. Stations and private suites are different spaces at different rates, and what you pay depends on which is free and how long you commit for — so we quote it directly rather than posting one number that would be wrong for half the people reading it.

We will tell you what is available, what it costs and what the term looks like before you come in. If you would rather see the space first, that is fine too.

Who Rents at NAB

Nail technicians, lash artists, and brow and waxing specialists — licensed, insured, running their own business. Most arrive with an existing book and want a better room to put it in. Some are newly licensed and want the front desk and the walk-in traffic while they build. Both work here.

We are at 8891 W Flamingo Rd, Suite 101, in the Pageantry Flamingo Center just east of Fort Apache, open Monday to Saturday from 10 AM to 11 PM. The late hours matter when you are renting a chair: your earning window is thirteen hours a day, not a five-hour afternoon everyone is competing over.
