Exposure of product chemicals to extreme temperatures and certain environmental factors and
usage techniques may cause changes in the product, rendering them unsuitable for use or
achieving optimum results. It is necessary to store lash adhesives in described conditions.
All new customers placing orders for adhesives and removers are obligated to e-mail us copy of
their Lash Extension certification or Sate Board License at info@light-camel.10web.cloud Orders will be
processed immediately after license verification.

SHIPPING POLICY
What are my shipping options?
We are proud to offer our customers flat rate shipping for all orders, We ship most of our orders
via USPS. For 2nd Day and Next Day Delivery, most orders ship via UPS. Orders are shipped
and delivered to a valid address on business days only (Monday – Friday, excluding major
holidays). You can calculate your ups shipping after checkout. Commercial delivered are usually
less expensive then residential.
Ground Shipping
Most orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours of purchase, depending on product
availability. Any orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed and shipped the next
available business day.
Once your order has been processed, transit time is anywhere between 1 and 4 business days,
depending on your shipping address. Shipments may be delayed due to internal server errors,
weather, and other unexpected conditions.
EXPEDITED SHIPPING
2nd Day and Next Day purchases placed by 11:00 am PST will be processed and shipped on the
same day, depending on product availability. All expedited shipping orders placed after 11:00
am PST will be processed and shipped the next available business day. Note that these times are
not guaranteed and may be delayed due to internal server errors, weather, and other unexpected
conditions.

Return Policy
We have a limited return policy because we cannot restock returned goods, and we have to
absorb the cost. If you wish to return a product, please review this policy in full and then call us
to discuss the reason you wish to return your product.
Return Procedure

within 14 days of shipment (3 days for shipment damage or defects).It is mandatory that the
return authorization number must be clearly marked on the outside of the packaging. Any returns
sent without the return authorization clearly marked will not be accepted or opened. No return

Shipping and handling costs are your responsibility and will not be reimbursed – only the
product cost of authorized returns is refunded. Allow 2 weeks for us to process your return once
we receive your returned items.
